I started talking to some of these girls to try and get some tips on how they were able to be so thin. I was quite suprised as most of them all told me the key to rapid weight loss and maintaining a thin body was simple….all you had to do was to not over eat. Well that was obvious I thought, but then one girl, her name was lizzie cleared it all up.
You had to eat specific foods that have low calories but give you tonnes of energy.
I was skeptical, but then after sticking to her method I started losing weight and I wasnt even feeling hungry. I was able to eat the minimum amount of calories a day and still have enough energy to carry me throughout the day. Everything just seemed so much easier….
Weightloss was so simple, just change the lifestyle and the pounds will just drop right off.

A Warning Though, losing weight like that was addicting and I was given many warnings by Lizzie and her friends – the best way is to follow the anorexic diet until you hit your goal weight. Your goal weight is pretty much what its called – its the weight you want to reach. This is important, as soon as you reach the goal weight stop the anorexic diet and go back to eating more calories with foods that boost your metabolism.
It was literally the skinny diet, it was obvious that celebrity diets and supermodel diets were going to be similar to this. And yes one or two of lizzies friends at the time went on to become models.
